Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Category Manager based in Noida. The Category Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing product categories, developing strategic category plans, analyzing category performance, and identifying growth opportunities. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, optimize pricing strategies, and work towards achieving sales and profitability targets. The role requires a proactive and analytical approach to ensuring category success in line with organizational goals.

• Expertise in category management, product portfolio development, and pricing strategies.
• Strong analytical and research skills to assess market trends and evaluate product performance.
• Proficiency in developing and executing strategies to optimize category sales and profitability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities, with the ability to drive collaboration across departments.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry is a plus.
