Students benefit from one-on-one mentoring with industry professionals and receive end-to-end support in building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). We also create opportunities for students to pitch ideas to investors and alumni networks. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales operations, driving business development strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and leading the sales team. They will create sales plans, set and achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, the role includes identifying new market opportunities and collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Business Development Strong skills in Sales Operations and Team Management Excellent Customer Service skills Effective leadership and team management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the startup or incubation space is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
