Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Director. The role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with the organization’s mission. Key responsibilities include leading employee relations initiatives, managing performance review processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The Human Resources Director will also play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work culture and supporting organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, workforce planning, and team development
• Ability to create, implement, and manage HR policies and processes effectively
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
• Experience with Performance Management systems and strategies
• In-depth understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
