Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Product Manager at the Startup India Initiative. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of new products, managing product lifecycles, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with the design, engineering, and marketing teams. They will lead efforts to refine product strategies, ensure alignment with user needs, and help optimize operational processes to achieve project success.

Qualifications

• Product management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycles
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
• Project management skills with expertise in agile methodologies, roadmap development, and prioritization
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with technology-driven initiatives, and working with design and engineering teams
• Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and empowering young leaders
• Proven ability to work independently and in a remote work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
