Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Director for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The role involves overseeing HR strategies, policies, and practices to ensure a positive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and leading performance management processes. The Human Resources Director will work closely with senior leadership to align organizational goals with workforce planning and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including workforce planning and strategic HR management
• Proficiency in designing and implementing HR Policies to maintain compliance and organizational efficiency
• Experience in Employee Relations and addressing workplace issues effectively and ethically
• Knowledge of Performance Management practices to drive employee growth and organizational goals
• Thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure legal compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a senior HR role is highly preferred
