Responsibilities Design and execute test cases for manual and automated test scenarios. Create functional test automation using Selenium, Playwright or any other tool. Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Python. Perform API testing using tools like Postman, JMeter, or similar. Conduct performance testing using tools such as JMeter or similar. Write SQL queries to validate backend data. Basic knowledge of Security and compliance testing. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and validate new features. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous testing and delivery processes. Log, track, and report bugs using standard defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Maintain test documentation, including test plans, cases, and summary reports. Understand Requirements (Stated, Implied, Functional, Non-Functional). Proactively participate in client calls and the product release : 35 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation). Strong programming skills in Python. Experience in writing and executing API test cases. Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter. Good understanding of SQL and ability to perform data validation. Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, PyTest, etc. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI is a plus.
