Job Description

As the Assistant General Manager - Head of Talent Acquisition (AGM - Head TA) at our client's organization in Pune, you will play a crucial role in leading the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract and retain qualified candidates, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization. Your role will involve working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will be required to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate selection, and manage bulk/volume hiring needs effectively. Your expertise in talent acquisition within the manufacturing industry, especially in Blue Collar hiring, will be instrumental in your success in this role. In addition to managing recruitment metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators, you will also collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that talent acquisition initiatives are in line with overall HR and business objectives. Your ability to stay updated on industry trends and recommend enhancements to recruitment strategies will be crucial for the organization's success. To qualify for this role, you should ideally possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. With a minimum of 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including at least 5 years in a Team leading role, you should have a proven track record of success in recruiting for manufacturing or industrial environments. Your strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques, and technologies will be essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
