Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Recruitment based in Mumbai. The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring and interviewing processes, and enhancing employer branding. The role involves overseeing graduate recruitment and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Proven experience in leadership roles within HR
