Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Recruitment located in Hyderabad. The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing employer branding, and conducting interviews. They will also focus on graduate recruitment and ensure that the hiring processes are efficient and effective. The role involves collaborating with various departments to fulfill the organization's staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Skills in Employer Branding and Interviewing
• Proficiency in Graduate Recruitment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education or immigration sector is a plus
