As a Head of Recruitment in India, based in Chennai, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to spearhead our national hiring strategy. In this leadership role, you will be tasked with overseeing end-to-end recruitment operations across our India offices, driving talent acquisition excellence, and ensuring timely, high-quality hiring to meet our expanding business needs. Your responsibilities will include: **Strategic Leadership:** - Developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs. - Collaborating with executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and account managers to understand hiring requirements and execute strategies in a timely manner. - Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive strategic decision-making. **Team Management:** - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of recruitment professionals, including managers, team leads, recruiters, and sourcing specialists across our India offices. - Cultivating a high-performing, data-driven, and collaborative recruitment team. - Providing continuous guidance and support to enhance the team's recruitment capabilities. **Operational Excellence:** - Overseeing and optimizing all recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience. - Implementing robust recruitment metrics, dashboards, and governance to meet SLAs, maintain quality, and adhere to turnaround times. **Employer Brand and Candidate Experience:** - Developing and executing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice. - Focusing on delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth onboarding process to enhance candidate engagement. **Technology and Innovation:** - Leveraging ATS, recruitment automation tools, AI-based sourcing, and digital channels to enhance efficiency and scalability. - Continuously evaluating and upgrading recruitment technologies and vendor partnerships. **Compliance and Risk Management:** - Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. - Mitigating hiring risks and upholding ethical recruitment standards. **About You:** - You have 15+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role managing front-line managers. - You have a proven track record of leading large recruitment teams across multiple locations. - Previous experience working in the services industry is preferred. - You demonstrate experience in successfully collaborating with senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - You possess a strong understanding of compensation, employment laws, and market trends in India. - Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills enable you to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.,
