As the Head of Recruitment, you will oversee a team of recruiters and collaborate with senior leadership to align hiring goals with business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Develop and implement a company-wide recruitment strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and professional development.
• Partner with department heads and HR business partners to forecast talent needs and prioritize hiring efforts.
• Strengthen the company’s employer brand through campaigns, social media, job boards, and career events.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency using best practices and new technologies.
• Promote inclusive hiring practices and develop initiatives to attract diverse talent.
• Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), data analytics, and recruitment marketing tools to optimize the talent acquisition process.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Manage or oversee recruitment for senior-level, niche, or high-priority roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and platforms.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies.
