Job Description

Looking for Head Recruitment for Direct Labour Hiring / Manufacturing Associates.

Location Chennai

Experience : 12+ Yrs

Education : MBA / MSW / MHRM or equivalent course full time.

Industry : Automotive, Electronics, Manufacturing, Tyres, Hospitality, Hospitals Etc.

Should have worked on High Volume Hiring / Mass Hiring for shopfloor manpower through contractors / vendor partners.
Should have atleast hiring 1000+ candidates during the financial year.
Should have worked with multiple vendors.
Should be able to guide the vendors, from mobility to payment and performance evaluation.
Should be good with labour laws and CLRA.

Looking forward for candidates with mass hiring experience for shopfloor.
