Job Description

As the Head of Talent Acquisition at PEOPLEIST INDIA, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a full-stack talent acquisition engine from scratch. Your role will involve recruiting the top 1% of operators, specialists, and thinkers internally to scale the in-house dream team. You will also expand to external mandates, delivering top-tier hires for discerning clients across industries and geographies. Crafting an ecosystem of internal recruiters, research analysts, assessors, and sourcers will be essential to create a recruitment machine focused on velocity, accuracy, and soul. In this strategic leadership position, you will be responsible for architecting and spearheading the recruitment and selection function for the business. Your mandate includes designing, implementing, and evolving a bespoke talent acquisition function that aligns with peak performance standards. You will build and own the full lifecycle recruitment strategy across verticals and geographies, elite hiring funnels and talent intelligence systems, candidate experience, hiring rituals, and interviewer coaching frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and peak performance ethos. - Establish world-class recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, reflective of the highest standards. - Drive innovation in recruitment technology and methodologies to enhance team performance. - Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, promoting recruitment strategies as a competitive advantage. - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring inclusive hiring practices reflective of global values. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition and recruitment strategy experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Demonstrable experience building recruitment functions from scratch in high-growth environments. - Strong track record in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies and utilizing advanced technologies. - Experience managing recruitment across multiple regions and industries, with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
