Procurement Manager

This role requires excellent negotiation skills, supply chain knowledge, and the ability to lead procurement initiatives that align with company goals.


Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business needs, reduce costs, and ensure supply continuity.

Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Oversee day-to-day purchasing activities, ensuring timely ordering and delivery of materials, equipment, and services.

Analyze spending, identify savings opportunities, and implement cost reduction strategies.

Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), supplier performance, and procurement metrics. Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance and support for professional development.

Work closely with finance, operations, engineering, and project management teams to align procurement with organizational goals.
