Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as MRO, facility services, travel, office supplies, PPE, and utilities.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) to optimize cost and ensure compliance.

• Procurement Operations

• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle: RFQ, PO creation, order tracking, delivery coordination, and invoice reconciliation.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods/services while adhering to company policies and budget constraints.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation for audits and reporting.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with departments like Finance, Admin, HR, and IT to understand procurement needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Support CAPEX and OPEX planning by providing cost estimates and supplier insights.

• Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic reviews to mitigate risks.

• Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports on procurement spend, savings, and supplier performance.
• Use SAP MM or similar ERP systems for procurement tracking and analytics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 610 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in a mid-to-large organization.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP MM or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and contract management
