Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective agency development and management. Develop and implement strategies for expanding the agency channel, increasing revenue growth, and improving customer satisfaction. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, clients, and internal teams to drive business results. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in insurance industry with expertise in Agency Channel Management. Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships. Strong understanding of general insurance products (health & accident) as well as life insurance offerings. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels within an organization.
