Job Summary
civil construction works in precast concrete elements like beam, column, wall, slabs we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to oversee and enhance our procurement processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient acquisition of materials necessary for production. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities who can build and maintain relationships with suppliers while optimizing costs and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and pricing meet organizational standards.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Oversee materials management to ensure timely availability of products for production planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, finance, and logistics to optimize supply chain operations.
• Utilize procurement software such as SAP or Oracle EBS for tracking purchases and managing inventory levels.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved supplier performance.
• Conduct regular reviews of supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Proficiency in materials management processes.
• Familiarity with procurement software such as SAP or Oracle EBS is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze pricing structures and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in production planning is a plus.
