About Utkarsh Global Foundation: Utkarsh Global Foundation is a people-driven movement committed to creating sustainable change in the fields of animal welfare, environment protection, women empowerment, education, and public health. With over 14 years of grassroots impact, we are now strengthening our digital presence to reach and engage more changemakers across India and beyond. We are looking for a Website Designer who can creatively and compassionately present our story, work, and campaigns through impactful website design. Role Overview: As a Website Designer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining a visually engaging, informative, and user-friendly website that reflects the soul of Utkarsh Global Foundation. Your work will help inspire donors, volunteers, and the public to connect with our causes. Key Responsibilities: Design and update Utkarsh Global Foundation’s websites layout and user interface in line with our brand ethos. Collaborate with content creators, campaign teams, and developers to implement site features and updates. Ensure website is responsive, accessible, and mobile-friendly. Regularly maintain and improve the website’s performance, security, and SEO readiness. Integrate features such as donation buttons, volunteer registration forms, campaign pages, blogs, and galleries. Ensure smooth navigation and storytelling flow to represent our mission and impact clearly. Support micro-sites or landing pages for specific events like Waari, Ganga Sagar, and Kumbh Mela initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in website design (portfolio required). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar). Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress (preferred), Webflow, or similar. Understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles. Passion for nonprofit work and social impact storytelling through design. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
