Senior HR Manager

Role Summary The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions at our Nanded location. This includes recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and supporting a positive work culture aligned with the foundations values. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory standards Drive performance management and appraisal processes Support training and development initiatives Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Foster an inclusive and motivating workplace culture Coordinate with leadership for workforce planning and organizational development Oversee payroll inputs and liaise with accounts for timely disbursements Represent the HR function in audits and reporting Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the NGO, education, or development sector Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems Ability to work independently and lead HR initiatives at a regional level Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred Preferred Attributes Experience working in a non-profit or community-based organization Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Empathetic and people-oriented approach to HR
