Website Designer

In this role at BlueNetvista, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and coding web pages using a combination of non-technical and technical skills to meet the specific requirements of our clients. Your excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, along with a results-driven approach are essential for success in this position. Your tasks will include creating web 2.0 color-rich web templates, logos, banners, layouts, monitoring and improving page speed, clean coding, load time, HTTP requests, and image sprites. As a Web Designer, your responsibilities will involve designing quality web applications using tools such as Photoshop, CorelDraw, Flash, HTML5, and CSS3. You must possess a strong knowledge of graphics and web designing software and methodologies. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Project Management team and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. Desired Candidate Profile: - Good knowledge of Photoshop (Template, Logo Brochure), Illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Proficiency in HTML5 (W3 Standard) and CSS. - Working knowledge of WordPress & Joomla is preferred. - Experience with responsive design is required. **Job Responsibilities:** - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust schedules to meet deadlines. - Collaborate with project managers to identify needs and maintain regular communication. - Develop detailed website specifications and design sample page layouts. - Create graphics, animations, and manipulate digital photographs. - Present initial design ideas to clients and incorporate feedback. - Code using various software and work with different content management systems. - Ensure websites meet legal requirements and company branding policies. - Edit content, debug code, and redesign web pages as needed. - Collaborate with web developers and graphic designers. - Test websites to ensure functionality. - Hand over completed websites to clients. - Stay updated on current design trends and new software developments. - Demonstrate exceptional programming, communication, debugging, and analytical skills. - Take initiative, work independently, and motivate team members. - Establish effective communication channels within the team and other departments. - Manage estimations, time sheets, resources, and time effectively. - Demonstrate team handling, client servicing, client management, and interpersonal skills. **Key Skills:** Photoshop, Corel Draw, Flash Graphic Designing, Web Designing, Communication Skills, Project Management, Adobe Photoshop, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Responsive Design **Experience:** 1 Year to 5 Years **Salary:** 1,20,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
