Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning, creating, and coding web pages using both non-technical and technical skills to produce websites that align with the clients" requirements. Your role will involve creating web 2.0 color-rich web templates, logos, banners, layouts, and monitoring and improving page speed, clean coding, load time, http requests, and image sprites. You should possess excellent written & verbal communication, presentation skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Design quality web applications using tools such as Photoshop, CorelDraw, Flash, HTML5, and CSS3. - Work closely with the Project Management team and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust schedules to meet deadlines. - Collaborate with project managers to identify needs and regularly liaise with them. - Develop detailed website specifications and design sample page layouts. - Design graphics, animations, and manipulate digital photographs. - Present initial design ideas to clients and code using various software. - Ensure websites meet legal requirements and accessibility standards. - Design websites" visual imagery in line with branding policies or client requirements. - Edit content, debug code, and redesign web pages. - Test websites to ensure functionality and hand over completed projects to clients. - Stay updated on current design trends and software developments. - Demonstrate exceptional programming, communication, debugging, and analytical skills. - Establish effective communication channels between team members and other departments. - Manage estimations, timesheets, resources, and time efficiently. - Handle team, client servicing, and project management effectively. Qualification Required: - Good knowledge of Photoshop, illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Experience with HTML5 (W3 Standard) and CSS. - Working knowledge of WordPress and Joomla preferred. - Experience with responsive design.
