Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Recruitment based in Mumbai. The Head of Recruitment will oversee the hiring process, develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage employer branding, and conduct interviews for various positions. The role also involves managing graduate recruitment programs and collaborating with different departments to identify staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting
• Experience in developing Employer Branding strategies
• Strong Interviewing skills
• Experience in Graduate Recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Prior experience in non-profit or social service organizations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
