Location : Bandra, MumbaiExperience: Minimum 15 years (including at least 10 years in the Real Estate industry)Reporting to : CEOSalary: Up to ₹18 LPAEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Days: Monday to Saturday Job Overview:The Head – Human Resources will lead the HR function at both strategic and operational levels, enabling the organization’s ambitious growth plans. The incumbent will ensure the deployment of strong HR systems, statutory compliance, and people engagement initiatives across the Head Office and multiple project sites.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership :•Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.•Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee retention, and succession planning.Talent Acquisition :•Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical, project, and support functions.•Collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.Policy & Compliance :•Design, implement, and regularly update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.•Ensure 100% statutory compliance, including labor laws, RERA norms, and audit readiness.Performance Management :•Drive performance appraisal systems, set KPIs, and implement career development plans.•Promote a merit-based, high-performance culture across all functionsEmployee Engagement & Culture :•Foster a positive work culture through structured engagement programs and internal communications.•Manage grievance redressal, discipline, and build a strong employer-employee relationship framework.HR Operations & Payroll :•Manage complete HR operations including payroll, documentation, and attendance—especially for site-based employees.•Streamline processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.HRMS/ERP Management :•Implement and optimize HRMS/ERP systems to automate workflows.•Work with IT teams for system integration and upgrades.Training & Development•Design and execute training programs—technical, behavioral, and leadership.•Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements (POSH, EHS, etc.). Qualification & Skills :•Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations (MBA or equivalent).•Well-versed in handling site-based manpower, contractor workforce, and regulatory compliance.•Experience in building and scaling HR functions in growth-focused organizations.•Strong communication, decision-making, leadership, and conflict-resolution capabilities.•A hands-on and energetic leader with a blend of strategic and operational insight.•Empathetic, ethical, and committed to upholding confidentiality and compliance.•Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
