Job Title: Senior HR Manager Location: Sodala, Jaipur, Rajasthan Industry: Manufacturing / Retail / Jewellery Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA Experience Required: 6–10 Years Education: MBA / PGDHRM or equivalent in Human Resources Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong HR foundation, ensuring compliance, and supporting the growth and well-being of employees across office, factory, and retail units. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a people-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy & Leadership Partner with senior management as a strategic HR business advisor. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks aligned with company values and industry standards. Lead a small HR team with clear delegation, mentorship, and performance oversight. 2. Recruitment & Onboarding Supervise end-to-end recruitment across office, factory, and retail functions. Approve job descriptions, interview formats, and final selection decisions. Ensure smooth onboarding and structured induction for new hires. 3. Payroll, Compliance & Attendance Oversee payroll processing, TDS, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.). Maintain accurate attendance and leave systems across departments. Manage internal audits and statutory inspections. 4. Factory HR Management Support the HR Factory Executive in labour relations, discipline, and shift scheduling. Ensure adherence to labour laws and handle factory-specific grievances. Promote workforce engagement at the factory level. 5. Employee Engagement & Culture Design and lead employee engagement programs and team-building events. Coordinate performance reviews and appraisals with department heads. Foster a transparent, inclusive, and positive work environment. 6. Conflict Resolution & Grievances Address employee concerns and HR-related conflicts with confidentiality and fairness. Ensure a safe and compliant workplace culture. 7. Training & Development Identify organizational training needs and implement learning programs. Organize workshops focused on soft skills, compliance, and upskilling. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience with HRMS and attendance tracking systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities. Experience in manufacturing, retail, or the jewellery industry preferred.
