Head of Finance

Job Description

A reputed and fast-growing player in the Jewellery industry , the organization is known for its precision, quality, and innovative designs. With expansion plans underway, we are looking to onboard a Finance Head who will lead our financial strategy and operations. 📌 Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead all financial planning and analysis activities, budgeting, and forecasting. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/MD and executive team. Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and advise on improving financial performance. Financial Control and Compliance: Oversee and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and statutory laws. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for timely audits and filings. Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. Accounts & Reporting: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AR/AP, bank reconciliation, etc. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Supervise preparation of financial documents for stakeholders and board meetings. Cash Flow and Fund Management: Monitor and manage company cash flows and liquidity. Optimize fund allocation and working capital management. Oversee vendor and client payments in coordination with sales and procurement teams. ERP & Tech Integration: Leverage GATI ERP to improve financial reporting accuracy and streamline operations. Ensure proper financial data entry and compliance within the ERP system. Provide training and support to finance team on ERP usage and best practices. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a growing finance and accounts team. Promote a culture of high performance, learning, and continuous improvement. ✅ Key Requirements: Proven experience (11+ years) in financial leadership roles. Must have experience in the Jewellery industry . In-depth knowledge of Gati ERP software . Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, GST, and compliance.
