About the Role:

We’re seeking a Head of Finance to lead the complete financial strategy, performance, and governance for a high-growth consumer brand. The role will drive profitability, optimise cash flow, strengthen financial systems, and support long-term business scale-up across D2C, retail, and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Financial Strategy & P&L Ownership – Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and own the P&L across channels.

📊 Cash Flow, Controls & Governance – Manage cash flow, working capital, audits, taxation, and compliance.

📈 Systems & Automation – Drive ERP implementation, dashboards, reporting accuracy, and automation.

🚚 Business Performance & Cost Optimisation – Analyse unit economics, margins, CAC/LTV, and support pricing decisions.

📣 Investor Relations & Fundraising Support – Build financial models, MIS, investor documents, and diligence readiness.

🤝 Team Leadership & Collaboration – Build and mentor the finance team, and work closely with cross-functional leaders.

Requirements:

✅ CA Qualified

✅ 10+ years of senior finance experience (D2C/Retail/FMCG/E-commerce)

✅ Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management

✅ Experience with ERP, BI dashboards, financial modelling, analytics

Preferred:

⭐ Experience in premium/luxury or high-growth startup environments

⭐ Strong understanding of omnichannel business models & unit economics
