Head of Finance

Role Summary

The Head Of Finance will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the financial strategies and operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive financial expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in overseeing finance functions in a company of similar scale.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

 Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and key stakeholders.

 Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

 Conduct in-depth financial analysis and present key insights to support informed decision-making.

 Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

 Control over GSTR Filling, TCS calculation, Bank reconciliation, budget preparation and implementation.

 Verify the payroll, ESIC, EPF calculations.

 Control over online transfer of funds E.g.; NEFT, RTGS etc…

 Coordinate and collaborate with the company’s management for budget planning and execution.

 Finalizing total expenses and revenue list and calculations by coordinating with finance team.

 Evaluation and analyzing of final report of accounts and finance.

 Make sure company are maintain and go through the estimated budget.

 Control over all finance and accounting related activities

 Manage cash flow and liquidity to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.

 Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements to maximize profitability.

 Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.

 Maintain transparency and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

 Collaborate with external partners, including financial institutions, to negotiate favorable terms and optimize financial strategies.

 Visit auditor’s office and consult with him for various tax related matters.

 Ensure that vendors comply with agreed-upon service levels and deliverables.

Experience

Special knowledge, abilities and skills

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role in any company.
