Manage T-Hub events (both on-campus and virtual) by coordinating logistics, content, and promotion to maximise attendance and engagement. Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, industry, government, and community groups to support T-Hub activities and resource mobilisation. Create outreach materials, presentations, and digital communications (such as social media posts and newsletters) to highlight the impact and opportunities of the program. Program Management: Program Planning: Define program objectives, milestones, and success metrics for various T-Hub initiatives focused on quantum communication research and commercialisation. Budget Oversight: Manage program budgets and resource allocations, tracking expenditures to ensure compliance with funding requirements. Implementation & Monitoring: Coordinate cross-functional teams, establish timelines, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of program outcomes. Evaluation & Reporting: Set key performance indicators (KPIs), collect data on program performance, and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and funding bodies. Qualifications: Educational Background: A Master’s degree or higher in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 5 years in outreach, community engagement, Media, or program management within technology or research institutions.
