Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.). Implement internal controls to prevent financial risks and revenue leakages. Oversee hospital insurance policies, medico-legal finances, and risk coverage. Audit & Governance Coordinate with internal, external, and statutory auditors. Ensure transparent documentation and smooth audit closure. Uphold governance standards as per hospital board policies. Systems & Process Improvement Oversee ERP/HIS financial module implementation and optimization. Drive automation in billing, collections, and reporting to reduce errors. Strengthen internal controls and reduce dependency on manual processes. Stakeholder Management Work closely with hospital leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders (banks, TPAs, corporates). Provide financial advisory support to the CEO/Board for ision-making. Negotiate effectively with vendors, consultants, and partners for cost and contract optimization. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. Build analytical and compliance capabilities within the department. Foster accountability, transparency, and high performance. Required Qualifications & Skills Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent advanced qualification. 10 - 15 years of experience in financial management (healthcare/hospital industry preferred). Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle management (insurance/TPA, corporate billing). Expertise in financial planning, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP/HIS systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
