We convert cutting-edge research into scalable enterprise and government solutions. As we expand across markets and product lines, we are seeking a seasoned GTM, Sales & Marketing leader to build, scale, and drive our revenue engine.


Role Overview

This is a hybrid leadership role combining Go-To-Market strategy, Sales leadership, and Marketing execution.

You will define how our products enter the market, how they are positioned, and how we acquire and grow customers across B2B and B2G segments.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and the Executive team to drive product launches, pipeline growth, brand visibility, and revenue expansion.


Key Responsibilities



1. Go-To-Market Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement GTM strategies for multiple products and markets.
  • Conduct market research, opportunity sizing, and competitor intelligence.
  • Identify target customer segments and create detailed buyer personas.
  • Align GTM plans with product roadmap, business objectives, and revenue targets.
  • Own GTM readiness across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.


2. Product Positioning, Messaging & Narrative

  • Convert technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Build messaging frameworks for enterprise, government, channel partners, and internal teams.
  • Develop case studies, use-case narratives, and solution descriptions.
  • Ensure consistent product messaging across all marketing and sales channels.


3. Pricing & Commercial Strategy

  • Define pricing models, tiered offerings, subscription models, and bundled solutions.
  • Conduct ROI, cost, and competitive pricing analysis.
  • Work with Finance, Legal, and Sales to build scalable contract structures.
  • Continuously refine pricing based on market performance and customer feedback.


4. Sales Leadership & Business Development

  • Drive full sales lifecycle: lead generation → qualification → pitching → negotiations → closure.
  • Develop high-quality pipelines through outbound and inbound strategies.
  • Lead product demos, client presentations, and enterprise/government pitches.
  • Own revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Manage CRM pipelines (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho) and sales forecasting.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with CXOs, procurement teams, and key accounts.


5. Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Lead digital marketing, content strategy, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Produce marketing collateral: pitch decks, brochures, whitepapers, videos, case studies.
  • Plan webinars, exhibitions, conferences, and community outreach activities.
  • Manage and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation and conversion.


6. Launch Management & GTM Execution

  • Own product launch phases, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Oversee creation of sales enablement materials, technical guides, and customer resources.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, partner communications, and press/analyst briefings.
  • Track adoption metrics, feedback, and pipeline velocity post-launch.


7. Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence

  • Equip sales teams with battle cards, objection handling guides, and customer-facing material.
  • Provide insights on industry trends, competitors, emerging technologies, and market gaps.
  • Support pre-sales and BD teams with product knowledge and solution strategy.


8. Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Track KPIs across GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue operations.
  • Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving strategy and execution.
  • Capture and relay customer/market feedback to Product and Engineering teams.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing with strong technical background (B.Tech CS/IT or BCA mandatory).
  • 6–10 years of experience in GTM, Sales, Product Marketing, or Business Development in technology-driven environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, enterprise sales, and CRM usage.
  • Ability to translate complex technologies into customer-ready value propositions.
  • Hands-on experience managing pricing, contracts, pitches, and partner engagements.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market and performance data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B/B2G SaaS or cybersecurity / AI / geospatial markets.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEM/SEO tools.
  • Exposure to sales automation and AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Understanding of UI/UX for improving digital marketing performance.
  • Experience with enterprise and government procurement cycles.
