About the Role – GTM EngineerWe’re looking for a GTM Engineer who can bridge the gap between product, marketing, and engineering to successfully drive growth operations, and scalable outreach strategies. If you’re a technically sound, detail-oriented professional with a knack for automation, tooling, and GTM workflows — we would like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain scalable outreach workflows using tools like Zapier, Phantombuster, Instantly, Smartlead, Prospectoo, etc.Automate lead sourcing, enrichment, and delivery pipelines to support demand generation.Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless handoff and feedback loops for GTM experiments.Manage and configure tech stack integrations (e.g., CRM, outbound tools, email marketing platforms).Work closely with the content and strategy teams to execute high-converting, tech-enabled campaigns.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and operational metrics.Ensure data quality and compliance across outreach and marketing operations. Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in growth engineering, sales ops, marketing automation, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or digital environments.Strong hands-on experience with GTM tools like Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Phantombuster, etc.Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation platforms.Analytical mindset with a strong grip on numbers, funnels, and GTM KPIs.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setup.
