Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain clean, scalable data models and automations across the GTM stack.
• Ensure tools are correctly configured, integrated, and documented.
• Design automated workflows to streamline lead management, qualification, nurturing, routing, and handoffs across Marketing → SDR → AE → CSM.
• Build automation to reduce manual work for GTM teams (no-code + light scripting).
• Create error-proof processes for lifecycle management and account scoring.
• Build dashboards for pipeline, funnel conversion, sales efficiency, ICP profiling, and retention metrics.
• Implement tracking for marketing attribution, product usage, and revenue analytics.
• Partner with leadership to run analyses that influence GTM strategy.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across the GTM stack and maintain system uptime.
• Lead technical implementation of new GTM initiatives (ABM, product-led growth, partner programs, upsell motions).
• Collaborate with Product teams to integrate product-usage data into GTM systems.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years with a tech background. 
• Comfortable with CRM (we use Hubspot), APIs, Clay, Make/Zapier/N8N, and other automation tools.
• Passion for building scalable, automated GTM systems.
