This role combines technical problem-solving , GTM systems ownership , and data-driven revenue strategy . You will architect, automate, and optimise the end-to-end go-to-market engine, enabling faster sales cycles, better data, and scalable revenue operations. This is an ideal role for someone who loves both technology and commercial impact , and is excited to be the “technical backbone” of a high-growth SaaS GTM team. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain clean, scalable data models and automations across the GTM stack. Ensure tools are correctly configured, integrated, and documented. Design automated workflows to streamline lead management, qualification, nurturing, routing, and handoffs across Marketing → SDR → AE → CSM. Build automation to reduce manual work for GTM teams (no-code + light scripting). Create error-proof processes for lifecycle management and account scoring. Build dashboards for pipeline, funnel conversion, sales efficiency, ICP profiling, and retention metrics. Implement tracking for marketing attribution, product usage, and revenue analytics.
