Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Define and own the front-end architecture for Curately’s web apps, Chrome extensions , and CMS-driven career portals. Drive component reusability, scalability, and performance optimization across all front-end applications. Collaborate with back-end architects to design efficient APIs and data flows. Development Leadership Lead and mentor a distributed team of front-end engineers, setting coding standards and best practices. Oversee code reviews, performance audits, and security compliance. Stay ahead of emerging frameworks and tooling, ensuring Curately front-end remains cutting-edge. CMS-driven Career Portal Development Build and extend customizable CMS-driven portals with drag-and-drop capabilities for enterprise clients . Integrate branding, personalization, and customization features to support client-specific needs. Chrome Extension Development Architect and optimize recruiter-facing Chrome extensions that integrate with ATS workflows . Ensure secure data flows, efficient extension performance, and seamless UX within third-party platforms. Performance & Optimization Own application performance KPIs (load time, rendering speed, memory usage). Implement profiling, monitoring, and tuning strategies for web and extension performance. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with product managers, designers, and back-end teams to deliver scalable, user-centric features. Ensure smooth integration of CMS, sourcing tools, and automation workflows. Must-Have Qualifications 10+ years of front-end engineering experience, with 3+ years in architectural or managerial roles. Proven expertise in React (Hooks, Context, Next.js, Redux, or similar). Strong experience with CMS-driven applications (headless CMS, custom portals, drag/drop editors). Hands-on experience building Chrome Extensions at scale. Solid understanding of front-end performance tuning (Web Vitals, Lighthouse, code splitting, caching strategies). Experience leading and mentoring teams of engineers. Strong grasp of security best practices in front-end and extension development. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with micro- front-end's and modular architectures. Exposure to ATS or HR-Tech ecosystems. Knowledge of Web Assembly, Graph-QL, or Edge rendering for high-performance apps. Familiarity with automation workflows and integrations. Why Join Us?
