Job Title: Founding Head of Marketing & Growth

What You’ll Do

  • Own Growth End-to-End:

    Architect and execute Curately’s growth engine — demand generation, campaigns, content, partnerships, events, and community.
  • Design the Playbook:

    Build the zero-to-one GTM playbook — define ICPs, experiment across channels, and double down on what drives pipeline.
  • Lead with Data + Creativity:

    Combine storytelling and analytics to drive inbound leads, pipeline velocity, and customer expansion.
  • Shape the Brand:

    Position Curately as the category-defining platform for AI-powered talent engagement and direct sourcing.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

    Partner with the CEO and founding sales/product teams to align GTM messaging, product launches, and market motion.
  • Build and Lead the Function:

    You’ll be the first marketer — and you’ll grow your team as we scale.


You Are

  • A

    who’s done this before — you’ve taken a startup from 0→1 and ideally 1→10, leading growth that created real traction and brand authority.
  • A

    hands-on marketer

    — you don’t just delegate, you execute. You can write copy, build funnels, test ads, run campaigns, and analyze what’s working.
  • Full-stack

    — you understand paid, organic, content, events, partnerships, and analytics. You know how they all work together.
  • Obsessed with metrics and momentum — pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, LTV — you measure everything that matters.
  • Comfortable with chaos

    — ambiguity doesn’t scare you; it excites you.
  • Passionate about the future of

    AI, HR Tech, and talent ecosystems

What Success Looks Like

  • Curately becomes a recognized brand name in the HR-tech and staffing ecosystem within 6–12 months.
  • A steady flow of qualified inbound demo requests from staffing and enterprise buyers.
  • Scalable GTM playbooks that can be replicated and expanded across channels and regions.
  • A small but mighty marketing function built under your leadership.
