Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR)

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced SDRs/BDRs with a strong background in SaaS or IT services sales, focused on the US market. This remote, full-time role requires 4-5 years of proven experience in B2B prospecting, lead generation, sales outreach, and importantly, closing deals. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to demo delivery, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage prospects via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and book demos tailored to Talent Acquisition and HR leaders across the US.
  • Take ownership of the sales process end-to-end: deliver demos, nurture prospects through follow-ups, address objections, and close sales.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline by continuously prospecting and converting leads into customers.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and sales strategies.
  • Keep accurate records and progress updates in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Requirements:

  • 45 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing deals, not just demo bookings.
  • Deep understanding of the US SaaS or IT services market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify leads, deliver compelling demos, conduct effective follow-ups, and close sales.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently and hit targets consistently.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
