About the Role

You will drive demand generation, paid campaigns, content, website improvements, product marketing, and event support—wearing multiple hats and helping shape Curately’s brand during its rapid growth stage.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Paid Campaigns

  • Own all LinkedIn, Google, and paid media campaigns end-to-end—strategy, execution, optimization, reporting.
  • Build and manage targeted ICP-focused funnels for staffing, enterprise TA, and MSP/VMS ecosystems.
  • Create high-performing landing pages, A/B tests, and conversion optimization experiments.

Content Creation

  • Write and produce world-class content: blogs, case studies, email sequences, product launches, and social media.
  • Support CEO and leadership with thought-leadership content and LinkedIn presence.
  • Create demo scripts, nurture copy, whitepapers, and sales enablement collateral.

Product Marketing

  • Craft messaging, positioning, and value props for Curately’s modules (Maya, Sourcing, Journeys, etc.).
  • Own competitive intelligence
  • Build sales decks, one-pagers, and customer-facing collateral that drive conversions.

Website, SEO & Analytics

  • Own Webflow updates, SEO improvements, and site conversion optimization.
  • Track and report marketing metrics (traffic, MQLs, CAC per channel, conversion rates).

Email, Events & Automation

  • Build email sequences in HubSpot: nurture flows, outbound sequences, and win-back campaigns.
  • Manage conference support (CWS Summit, Healthcare Staffing Summit, etc.) with pre/post event campaigns.
  • Implement lightweight automation workflows across website, CRM, and ads.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 3–7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing

    , ideally in HR tech, staffing, or recruiting tech.
  • Proven ability to

    execute end-to-end marketing

    without depending on large teams or agencies.
  • Strong writer and storyteller with a sharp understanding of ICP/industry messaging.
  • Deep experience with paid advertising (LinkedIn required; Google/Facebook a plus).
  • Hands-on with marketing tools: Webflow, HubSpot, Apollo, Canva/Figma, analytics tools.
  • Comfortable working in a

    fast-moving startup

    with tight feedback loops and rapid execution.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities at once.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience marketing AI products.
  • Experience supporting SDR teams with sequences, scripts, and messaging.
  • Video editing or creative production skills.
