What will you own?
This is a high-impact, technical marketing role designed for someone who can sit
at the intersection of - Marketing, Growth, Data, Product, CRM, Automation &
Experimentation.
You will build and manage the entire funnel tracking, segmentation, automation,
and performance systems that take a user from:
Ad click / Value discovery Landing page Onboarding FD creation
Card issuance First transaction Repeat usage
Your job is to ensure nothing breaks, everything is trackable, and every lever is
measurable and optimizable.
This role is perfect for someone who loves to build systems, workflows, tools, and
experiments and wants to directly impact revenue, activation, and retention.
Skills & Qualifications Required
1. 2-5 years in marketing engineering, growth engineering, CRM automation,
technical marketing, or similar roles
2. Strong experience with tools like: Zapier, Make, Segment, Mixpanel, Clay,
Branch/AppsFlyer, Webhooks, Postman, CRM systems
3. Experience working with AI & workflow automation tools like - n8n, ChatGPT,
Gemini, Claude etc.
4. Understanding of attribution, funnel analysis, cohorting
5. Experience building dashboards (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, internal
dashboards)
6. Basic scripting or API proficiency (JavaScript/Python ideal but not mandatory)
7. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
8. Ability to work across customer, product, marketing, and tech teams
9. Passion for building for India s emerging middle class and MSMEs.
10. Must be a total Team Player. Non-negotiable.

Experience in fintech or card products
Built GTM infra for 0 1 products
Experience with low-code product building tools
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Orchestrate a system that allows marketing, product & customer teams to
know the full details of a customer at any given step when an intervention is
being made.
2. Make sure data flows between these 3 teams/orgs are in sync with each other
at all times to give the end user the best experience and ensure high
conversion rates.
3. Own the marketing activation issuance transaction funnel
end-to-end
4. Build & maintain automation flows for customer across all touch points (AD
click to first txn) to ensure high activation & conversion %
5. Enable rapid growth experimentation
6. Build internal GTM tooling to empower teams
7. Provide actionable insights to PMs, Marketers & sales teams
8. Improve landing pages & conversion flows with data
9. Support hyperlocal and T2/T3 tailored GTM strategies
10. Track and continuously improve key metrics at each step in user acquisition,
onboarding & activation funnel.
11. Maintain a tight feedback loop with the Customer Sales & Support Team to
improve processes.
