About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager / Team Lead to drive sales across our D2C and eCommerce marketplace channels. You will lead the performance marketing strategy, optimize digital presence, manage cross-functional teams, and use data insights to build and execute revenue-focused campaigns.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-first environment and knows how to combine analytics with creative marketing.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to maximize sales across all online channels (DTC website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Identify new acquisition and revenue opportunities across digital touchpoints
  • Plan and implement pricing, offers, promotions, and upsell/cross-sell strategies


Paid Media Management

  • Own and manage paid marketing across Meta, Google and other relevant channels
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and LTV
  • Run A/B tests and implement learnings to scale paid performance
  • Coordinate with creative team to ensure ad quality, messaging consistency, and relevance


eCommerce Marketplace Management

  • Oversee and optimize brand presence, listings, promotions, and advertising on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
  • Monitor product performance and work with operations to align inventory, pricing, and logistics
  • Analyse competition and identify growth levers across SKUs and categories


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse key metrics across paid, organic, and marketplace performance
  • Build reports and dashboards to communicate insights with leadership
  • Make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and ROI tracking


Team Management

  • Lead a small cross-functional marketing/growth team (in-house and agencies)
  • Guide and mentor team members in performance marketing, content, and e-commerce operations.
  • Collaborate with design, product, sales, and customer service teams for alignment


Digital & Social Strategy

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for brand’s digital and social presence
  • Oversee social media content strategy in alignment with sales and campaign goals
  • Drive engagement, influencer collaborations, and community marketing as growth channels


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce/D2C
  • Proven success in managing paid campaigns and scaling ROAS
  • Experience handling eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent team leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital funnels, and full-funnel marketing
