About the Role:

results-driven Performance Marketing Manager

This is a high-impact role where your performance directly contributes to our growth.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing (Revenue-Focused)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    high-ROI campaigns

    across:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)

  • Other relevant ad platforms
  • Track & analyze KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies and improve ad performance consistently.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver compelling ad creatives.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy across:
  • Organic SEO

  • Paid SEO (Google Shopping, Sponsored Listings)

  • On-page & Off-page SEO

  • Monitor keyword rankings, backlinks, and website health using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and internal linking.

3. Ecommerce Marketplace Management

  • Manage and optimize product listings, inventory, and promotions across:
  • Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Tata Cliq, Flipkart

    , etc.
  • Run

    sponsored ad campaigns

    and promotions on each marketplace.
  • Analyze performance data to improve visibility, conversions, and revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and catalog updates.

4. Team & Project Management

  • Lead a team of digital marketers, designers, and SEO executives.
  • Identify individual team strengths and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Review team performance and ensure timely execution of goals.
  • Maintain communication with cross-functional departments (Sales, Creative).



Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in

    performance marketing and ecommerce revenue generation

    .
  • Strong command over ad platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO (both technical and content-driven).
  • Experience managing ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent team leadership and project management capabilities.
