Social Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement

  social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.

• Plan and manage content calendars

  across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

• Create and curate engaging content

  in collaboration with content creators and designers.

• Identify, vet, and manage influencer partnerships

  , from outreach to contract negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking.

• Coordinate influencer campaigns

  including gifting, paid collaborations, and affiliate programs.

• Build and maintain relationships

  with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.

• Track and analyze social media and influencer campaign performance

  , adjusting strategy based on data and insights.

• Stay up-to-date

  on social media trends, platform changes, and influencer marketing best practices.

• Collaborate

  with PR, content, and paid media teams for integrated marketing efforts.

• Manage community engagement

  by responding to comments and messages and fostering brand loyalty.

• Use social listening tools

  to monitor brand mentions and uncover influencer or UGC opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in social media strategy and management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and best practices.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
