Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai Company: Shras Lifestyle Private Limited (Scarlett Cosmetics) Salary: 3.0LPA to 4.5LPA Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital campaigns that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role combines core digital marketing expertise with a strong understanding of online advertising and public relations (PR) strategies. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, help shape our brand image, and work cross-functionally to amplify our voice across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Running Ads (Paid Media): Create and manage ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Set budgets, track performance, and improve results Choose the right keywords and target the right audience Test different ads and landing pages to see what works best Use tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager to monitor campaigns Work with designers and content creators on ad creatives Keep up with changes in ad platforms and trends SEO (Search Engine Optimization) : Improve website rankings on Google and other search engines Do keyword research and update website content Fix technical SEO issues like site speed and mobile-friendliness Build quality backlinks from other websites Track rankings and website traffic using tools like Google Search Console Work with content writers and web developers to follow SEO best practices Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and SEO trends Email Marketing: Plan and send email campaigns to customers and leads Segment email lists for better targeting Write subject lines and content that increase opens and clicks Test different email versions to improve results Make sure emails follow legal rules (like GDPR and CAN-SPAM) Use tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot to track performance Set up automated email flows for welcome, reminders, or re-engagement Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or public relations Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms Familiarity with PR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) and managing press outreach Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or PR/Media Relations are a plus Show more Show less

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and self-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Mumbai. If you're passionate about sales and enjoy being on the move, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Visit beauty and cosmetic retail stores across Mumbai on a daily basis Introduce Scarlett Cosmetics' product range and communicate key benefits to potential retail partners Drive product placement and ensure visibility at partner outlets Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers Track inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking Submit daily sales and visit reports to the Sales Manager Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and have a valid driving license Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented Prior experience in cosmetics or skincare sales is a strong advantage Good understanding of Mumbai’s geography, especially areas between Borivali and Churchgate Basic knowledge of beauty products is a plus but not essential Who Can Apply: Open to both male and female candidates who meet the above criteria.
