About the Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Filmmaker & Editor who can bring ideas to life through powerful visuals and storytelling. You will be responsible for the end-to-end video creation process — from scripting and shooting to editing and final delivery. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, have a sharp eye for detail, and love crafting content that connects emotionally with audiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development & Direction

• Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to develop visual concepts and video scripts.
• Storyboard and plan shoots based on content goals (social, brand films, ads, tutorials, etc.).
• Direct talent (models, influencers, team members) during shoots to ensure engaging content.

Video Production

• Set up and operate professional video equipment: cameras, lighting, and sound.
• Handle both indoor studio and outdoor/location shoots.
• Capture high-quality raw footage with strong framing, composition, and lighting.

Post-Production & Editing

• Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add music, voiceovers, graphics, animations, and sound design as needed.
• Perform basic color grading and audio correction for a polished, cinematic finish.
• Optimize final cuts for various platforms: Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.

Creative Input & Trend Research

• Stay up-to-date with video content trends, editing styles, transitions, and formats.
• Suggest creative treatments and storytelling techniques to enhance engagement.
• Experiment with formats like behind-the-scenes, interviews, short films, promos, etc.

Requirements:

• 2 years of hands-on experience in shooting and editing video content.
• Must own a DSLR or mirrorless camera suitable for professional video shooting.
• Strong portfolio or showreel that demonstrates a mix of commercial and creative work.
• Excellent skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.).
• Deep understanding of lighting, framing, camera angles, and composition.
• Ability to manage projects independently from pre-production to post.
• Strong storytelling instincts and visual creativity.
