As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising social media strategies across platforms. You'll work closely with content creators, designers, performance marketers, and account managers to ensure every post serves a purpose.

We're looking for someone who can think, plan, analyse, and guide.

• Create platform-specific social media strategies for brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Build monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and performance metrics
• Analyse audience behaviour, content performance, reach, engagement, and growth trends
• Translate brand objectives into clear content directions for designers and copywriters
• Identify trends, formats, hooks, and content opportunities relevant to each brand
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams for paid + organic alignment
• Participate in client discussions, presentations, and strategy reviews when required
• Track KPIs and prepare performance insights and improvement plans
• Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm shifts, and best practices
  

• 13 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and content formats
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically
• Experience working with content calendars, analytics tools, and insights
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to present ideas internally or to clients
• Awareness of current digital trends, creator economy, and platform-native content
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

• Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously
• Exposure to performance marketing or influencer campaigns
• Basic understanding of tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or social media dashboards
