Job Summary

Social Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth-focused strategies for Instagram and YouTube
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives
  • Monitor analytics including reach, engagement, watch time, and retention
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with content creators, editors, and designers to execute strategy
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual direction


Required Qualifications


  • Proven experience in growing Instagram and/or YouTube accounts
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies
  • Knowledge of short-form and long-form video content best practices
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and planning abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Notion, etc.)
  • Understanding of content funnels and audience behavior
  • Experience working with brands, agencies, or creators
