Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
Create, manage, and publish original, high-quality content across all major platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
Grow and manage the company s YouTube and community channels by optimizing content, boosting engagement, and driving subscriber growth.
Work on personal branding initiatives for key leadership and stakeholders to strengthen their digital presence and align it with organizational goals.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns and strategic collaborations to expand brand visibility and audience reach.
Collaborate with PR teams and external agencies to align social efforts with communication goals; an active network in PR agencies will be considered an advantage.
Collaborate with the marketing and designing team to plan creative campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on traffic, engagement, and ROI to measure campaign success.
Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and feedback to build strong community relationships.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners to expand brand reach and visibility.
Plan and manage live sessions and social media events to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor SEO, analytics, and trends to optimize content performance and discover growth opportunities.
Ensure consistent brand voice and identity across all digital and social media channels.
Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Develop audience retention and engagement strategies to increase interaction and strengthen community loyalty.
Manage publishing schedules and editorial calendars to ensure timely, cohesive, and impactful content delivery.

Key Skills Required

Strong understanding of social media management, content marketing, and the YouTube ecosystem.
Proven experience in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns and strategic brand collaborations.
Exposure to personal branding initiatives, with the ability to manage and enhance leadership profiles across digital platforms.
Active networks within PR agencies will be considered a strong advantage for partnership and media collaboration opportunities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Solid analytical abilities, including experience interpreting social metrics, tracking KPIs, and leveraging data for optimization.
Proficiency with social media tools and analytics platforms, along with familiarity with Canva or similar design software.
Strategic marketing aptitude with awareness of current digital trends and emerging technologies.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
Collaborative team player with the ability to coordinate across departments such as marketing, design, and product.
Experience in community management, including audience engagement and relationship building.
