Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies, including paid ad campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing performance metrics. This role involves developing customer acquisition strategies, analyzing performance data, and implementing improvements to achieve marketing objectives. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC channels
• Strong understanding of analytics tools including Google Analytics, and experience with data-driven decision-making
• Skills in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimization, and lead-generation techniques
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Experience in legal or professional services industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
