The ideal candidate should have strong sales closing skills, leadership capability & deep understanding of NCR real estate market trends. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for residential / commercial real estate projects Manage team of sales executives / tele-callers (target planning & performance tracking) Handle site visits, client meetings & final closures Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI / NRI clients Track daily / weekly revenue numbers against targets Coordinate with Marketing for lead quality, campaigns & events Market intelligence – competition, pricing, inventory & project updates Train and mentor team for better conversions & communication skills Ensure clean documentation, agreement process & customer experience Requirements / Skills: Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory) Strong communication & negotiation skills Ability to close high-ticket deals under pressure Good knowledge of Gurugram real estate micro-markets Team handling experience is must Self-driven, disciplined & target-focused mindset CRM knowledge preferred (No Broker / Lead Squared / Salesforce etc.)
