About the Role Position: Store Manager Industry: Gems & Jewellery Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in a similar role within the jewellery sector Location: Multiple locations across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and inventory control Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry standards Coordinate with the head office for stock planning, reporting, and marketing initiatives Required Skills: Proven experience as a Store Manager in the gems and jewellery industry Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Customer-focused approach with an eye for detail and design Knowledge of retail software and inventory systems Fluency in Hindi and basic English; local language proficiency is a plus Experience in managing a team in a retail environment Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a prestigious and growing jewellery brand Professional development and career growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Equal Opportunity Statement At D.P.
