About the Role


Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat


Key Responsibilities


1. Business & Sales Management

  • Achieve sales targets and profitability across all stores in the cluster.
  • Monitor KPIs such as revenue, footfall, conversion ratio, ASP (average selling price), inventory turnover, etc.
  • Plan and execute regional sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities.


2. Store Operations

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all stores.
  • Drive adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor inventory management, stock movement, and shrinkage control.


3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff across the cluster.
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and build high-performing teams.
  • Promote a culture of customer centricity, accountability, and teamwork.


4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience in line with brand values.
  • Handle escalations and build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Oversee implementation of CRM initiatives and loyalty programs.


5. Business Expansion & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities within the cluster.
  • Collaborate with senior management on market intelligence, competitor analysis, and expansion planning.
  • Drive innovation in retail practices to enhance customer engagement.

Key Skills, Competencies & Qualifications


  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in gems & jewellery / luxury retail, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of jewellery product categories (gold, diamond, platinum, solitaires, etc.) and retail operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with proven ability to build client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within the cluster.
